Chapter Officer Retreat for Excellence (CORE)

About The Conference

The Chapter Officer Retreat for Excellence (CORE) is a leadership conference designed to equip Georgia TSA local chapter officers with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles. Held at the beautiful Kaplan Mitchell Retreat and Conference Center in Clayton, Georgia, this experience fosters personal growth, teamwork, and strategic planning for the upcoming year.

CORE offers attendees the chance to refine their leadership abilities, gain insights into effective chapter management, and collaborate with fellow officers from across the state. Through interactive training sessions led by state TSA officers, participants develop essential skills tailored to their specific positions. Engaging team-building activities provide practical tools for strengthening chapter cohesion, ensuring leaders return home with strategies to enhance their TSA communities.

  • “Take it Home” Team-Building Activities – Interactive exercises designed to strengthen teamwork and bring effective leadership strategies back to local chapters.

  • Local Annual Chapter Plan Development – Guided planning sessions to help officers map out a successful TSA year filled with impactful initiatives.
